Les tâches
- Coordinate and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities as well as major shutdowns, ensuring efficient execution with internal teams and external contractors.
- Supervise and support unionized electricians, ensuring quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and optimization of spare parts inventory.
- Identify and schedule corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime and improve plant performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production needs.
- Support budget planning and cost control related to maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the evaluation, training, and development of the electrical maintenance team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and explore new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the role.

Exigences du poste
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within heavy industrial environments (cement, mining, pulp & paper, or similar).
- Strong experience supervising or managing unionized electrical teams.
- Solid technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems including motors, drives, power distribution, instrumentation, and automation.
- Experience with heavy equipment such as kilns, rotating equipment, or similar industrial systems.
- Proficiency with maintenance systems (SAP PM/MM preferred), PLC troubleshooting, and tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or certified electrician (Blue Seal or equivalent preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and manage critical situations.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with industrial safety standards.
